FIIT MUMS

Fun, active and exciting classes designed for new and expectant mums across Hartlepool from 12 weeks into their pregnancy to post-natal (after your post-natal GP check).

Mam and Baby Pilates: Come along Wednesdays, Rossmere Family Hub, 9:30am.

baby is welcome (non-movers).

​​​​​Postnatal Pilates can help to repair and rebuild the muscles that have been weakened or damaged.

Pilates specifically assists in the improvement of some common issues post-pregnancy, such as

Diastasis, Pelvic floor instability, and hormone imbalances effects on joint stabilisation.
