Dance is a series of steps and movements that match the speed and rhythm of a piece of music and is practiced in many forms and for many reasons, including social, educative, political and therapeutic reasons.

These weekly sessions give people a chance to try a mix of dance and aerobic moves suitable for all abilities.

Pre booking for these sessions is essential.
People taking part are encouraged to bring fluids with them and to wear comfortable, suitable clothing.
Each session costs £3.00 per person.

Social Dance
Our Social Dances are relaxed informal sessions where individuals can dance to a selection of ballroom and Latin sequences, along with learning new sequences dances.
All dancers are welcome from complete beginners; with no experience, singles, couples and advanced dancers. We have sessions with dedicated playlists, dance teachers and free tea and coffee. We also offer a loyalty card scheme where you attend 9 sessions and get your 10th free.
The sessions are great for meeting new people; so whether you are wanting to dance the afternoon away or simply come for a chat, a cuppa and listen to some music, we’d love to see you there!
